01 / THE STORY BEHIND THE WORK

A deeper understanding.
A stronger foundation.

Every venture has shaped my judgment.
Every lesson informs the next decision.

MY APPROACH
“I’m rebuilding with a clearer understanding of business, a deeper respect for the work, and the determination to keep going.”

The ambition remains. The way I approach it has evolved.

01 / EXPERIENCE

Learning by building.

I started young, with curiosity and the ambition to build something meaningful. Working on real ecommerce businesses taught me how ideas become offers, how content creates demand, and how customer experience affects results. Early opportunities gave me practical experience that continues to shape my thinking.

02 / PERSPECTIVE

Learning to value what I build.

Early on, I had drive, but I lacked direction and discipline. I gave more attention to what I wanted to do than to what the business needed. I didn’t fully value what I had built, and my inconsistency cost me those opportunities. Moving abroad marked a reset. I had to take responsibility for the choices that brought me there.

03 / REBUILDING

Give ambition a daily discipline.

The standard I’m building around now is simple: understand the next step, do the necessary work, and keep improving the approach. Discipline means following through even when the task is less exciting than the idea. I’m rebuilding toward my dream project with a deeper respect for the work it takes to sustain a business. The ambition remains; I’m giving it direction, step by step.

WHAT I’M WORKING TOWARD

Freedom to explore.
Responsibility to build something lasting.

I see financial independence as the freedom to explore ideas, invest in useful work, and think beyond the next immediate outcome. I’m building toward security for my family and the ability to create businesses that serve people over time. That long-term ambition gives my everyday work direction.

02 / SELECTED WORK

The thinking.
The work. The impact.

Products worked on across my journey

From dropshipping to brand building, through building, testing, scaling, and improvement.

Experience shapes the questions I ask. Discipline shapes what I do with the answers.

01 / CUSTOMER PSYCHOLOGY

Earn a place on the customer’s ladder.

When someone says “phones,” a few brands probably come to mind in an order. I think about that mental ladder when building a brand: which names does a customer already trust, and why would they consider another?

With more options and more noise, I believe customers look for a better solution they can trust. That makes credibility part of the offer, from the first message to the experience after purchase.

The question I ask: what would make this customer trust us enough to choose us?

02 / BRAND CONSISTENCY

A brand should hold together from every angle.

I picture a brand as a sphere: whichever side a customer encounters, it should feel like the same brand. The product, creative, influencers, website, delivery, and support all need to reinforce the same promise.

A strong campaign can create a sale. My view is that a lasting brand earns trust through consistency across the whole experience. Building that coherence is where the art of brand building lies.

The question I ask: where does the customer’s experience stop matching our promise?

03 / LEARNING THROUGH EXECUTION

Bring more angles to the next decision.

Working across hundreds of products has given me a broad base of practical experience. I look at a product through several questions at once: who is it for, what makes the offer relevant, what proof does the customer need, and can the business deliver on its promise?

That experience helps me spot angles worth exploring and connect lessons across projects. I bring those observations into the next test, while staying willing to let the result change my mind.

The question I ask: which assumption should I test before investing more time and money?

FOUNDATIONS / 2020–2022

Freelance web development & UI/UX

Built landing pages and ecommerce experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify. Learned to connect design choices with the actions people take on a page.

GROWTH / 2022–2024

ARDU & Jaliam

Worked across creator sourcing, paid acquisition, creative testing, storefront improvement, and reporting. These engagements taught me how much the individual parts of a business depend on each other.

EDUCATION / INDIA & CANADA

Information technology, then AR/VR

A bachelor’s in IT at SPEC (GTU), followed by postgraduate study in IT — AR & VR at Algoma University. Web development and immersive projects expanded how I think about user experience and the possibilities of technology.

PEOPLE & DAILY EXECUTION

Healthy Planet & Tim Hortons

Kitchen supervision and shift leadership bring a different kind of accountability: training people, maintaining standards, coordinating tasks, and following through when a shift gets busy. A plan only helps if people can carry it out.

INDEPENDENT BUILDING

HiHealthify & ecommerce experiments

Developing positioning, product pages, creative concepts, and customer journeys for my own projects. This is where I put lessons into practice, test my judgment, and keep developing as a business builder.

Why I’m applying to The Foundery

I bring practical ecommerce experience, a perspective shaped by building and rebuilding, and a clear commitment to creating lasting value. The Foundery is an opportunity to develop that work alongside people who challenge my thinking. I want to contribute, learn from experienced builders, and turn ambitious ideas into businesses through disciplined execution. My commitment to building continues beyond any single application.

05 / LET’S CONNECTBUILDING · LEARNING · OPPORTUNITY

Let’s build
what’s next.
